Briea DiMarco has a wide range of experience representing companies and professionals in complex civil litigation.  She has experience representing the mortgage and auto industries in foreclosure, sequestration and bankruptcy proceedings.  She has a national litigation practice defending corporate entities against claims for vicarious liability, piercing the corporate veil and agency.  Briea successfully represents healthcare providers in professional liability litigation as well as state and federal regulatory matters.  She is known for her successful strategies to resolve litigation expeditiously and efficiently.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Briea was a Senior Consultant designing and implementing systemic process improvement for the execution and management of U.S. Department of Defense contracts. She also provided cost-benefit analyses of remedial objectives under CERCLA.

Briea received a B.A. from Texas Lutheran University in biology and philosophy, with an emphasis in bioethics. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
